1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and kui9 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kui9 online casino and sports betting service available at kui9.io and any associated mobile interfaces. By registering an account on the kui9 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by kui9.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kui9 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. kui9 operates a strict 21+ policy across all services. Registration or play by individuals under the age of 21 is prohibited. kui9 will carry out age verification checks and may request documentary proof at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kui9 complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapable of managing their own affairs are not permitted to hold an account.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction, whether applied by kui9 or another gambling platform, at the time of registration or continued use.
• Own Account: You must be registering and using the account exclusively on your own behalf. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

kui9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility criteria at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by kui9 may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on the kui9 platform. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether under your own name or under any alias, third-party name, or shared device — constitutes a breach of these Terms. kui9 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be in breach of this policy are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure. Account balances and pending winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. kui9 may require you to update your details if changes occur after registration.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. kui9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kui9 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kui9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practice. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or certain gameplay features are enabled on your account:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photograph of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by kui9 may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until documentation is received and reviewed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kui9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfer options as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by kui9 on BDT-denominated transactions.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are displayed within the cashier and may vary by payment method. Limits applicable to your account level are displayed in your account settings and may be adjusted in line with your account verification status and activity history.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes, subject to verification status and payment method:

• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be requested from real-money account balances that are free of active wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that remain subject to rollover conditions cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus have been satisfied. kui9 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and request additional verification before approval.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers available on the kui9 platform are subject to individual terms and conditions published on the relevant offer page. General eligibility requires that you hold a fully verified account in good standing, that you have not previously claimed the same offer, and that you meet any minimum deposit requirements specified for the promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a stated number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit applicable to each bonus are clearly stated on the offer page at the time the promotion is active. Participating in games that are excluded from rollover contribution will not count toward wagering requirements and may, in certain cases, result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, kui9 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the member account pending investigation.

5.4 Promotional Changes

kui9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to providing reasonable notice to members who have already opted into an active offer. Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural events (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the BPL cricket season) are time-limited and subject to availability.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Wagers

All wagers placed on the kui9 platform are binding once confirmed. Before confirming any bet, you are responsible for reviewing the stake amount, selection, odds, and applicable market rules. kui9 does not accept responsibility for wagers placed in error by the member, including incorrect stake amounts or unintended selections.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by kui9 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant result is determined; the bet was accepted following a manifest error in the odds due to a technical fault; or the bet relates to an event affected by circumstances that invalidate the market in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the kui9 platform.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and account level. These limits are displayed within the betting interface prior to confirmation. kui9 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns warrant review.

6.4 Results and Disputes

All results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL organising committee). In the event of a result dispute, kui9's settlement decision is final, subject to the formal complaints process outlined in Section 14.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kui9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the platform
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the platform without direct human input
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or reversal of deposits after participating in gameplay
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing access to the account by any third party
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party or accepting wagers from third parties through your account

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases apply immediately.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and the restriction cannot be lifted early.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the kui9 platform without the prior written consent of kui9. Unauthorised use of kui9 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kui9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security
• Interruption or suspension of service due to technical maintenance, server outages, or circumstances beyond kui9's reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Losses resulting from the member's reliance on inaccurate odds or game information displayed due to a technical error, where such error is corrected promptly on discovery
• Losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

kui9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, verify your identity, and improve the kui9 service. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Where data is shared with payment processors or game providers, it is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and is subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

12. Amendments

kui9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a member — kui9 will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notification on the platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter substantive obligations) may be made without prior notice.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs that dispute. Continued use of the kui9 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kui9 operates as an international online entertainment platform. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction. kui9 makes no representation that the service is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside those for which the platform is designed.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the support and complaints process outlined below shall be referred to binding arbitration under rules agreed by both parties in writing, or, where arbitration is not agreed, to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
